$HCTI has been trading in the 0.40-0.50 range over the past few weeks.
TA wise HCTI looks solid for a move up from here. With fundamentals factored in,
accompanied with the fact that we are trading with a Tiny 5mm market cap.
HCTI should be at 4-5x the current pps
