a follow up on the serria world eq. news that was posted on ihud boards some breaking
new this week ( thursday ) they had a follow up saying alternative energy partners
is dealing with the country of Romania trying to get a license to deliver medical marijuana to that country. they have passed medical marijuana derivatives and plant
parts use / their new law passed last October 2013.  i don't hold a lot faith in there news.

i guess will wait and see
