anyway, was wondering if you guys knew anything about "owning or creating your own business name"


for instance,


I want to Own my own company, or  "business" but for now just want to make sure I have rights to the name.


When Texas goes Medical in 2015(hopefully) I want to be one of the first to jump the MJ gun...


I've already picked out my name, "Lone Star Cannabis" and everyday am adding points/brainstorming to my "business plan"..


how much would it cost to secure that name do you think?^
