Benny, I have a question:
It is my opinion that the "pod leader" has purposely arranged his infusion of cash by spreading the shares out amongst a large enough group of individuals so as not to result in the filing of an 8-K or letting the public gain access to this information in any way. I believe this was done in the hopes that the information about the increase in authorized shares would shake out the weak and get them to dump shares.....hopefully "sub-penny." Of course, it is my intention to compete with him in scooping up those cheapies as quickly as possible. I've already got my bids in place.
So here is the question: the above is just my opinion, but do you believe that Baltia Airlines will file an 8-K or alert the public in any way as to the recent influx of capital?
