Its the best I can do without being a cardholder and living in cali lol...i just wrote to info@monarchvapes.com..then sharon wrote me back that they can sell vapes to where I live and pay through paypal. Cant hurt, using profit from them to buy it, then putting that profit toward their revenue lol
