I was expecting some creditors -w whom SIRG had forbearance agreements- to take legal action after such agreements expired Dec 31- and may not know til next 10q whether any have
SIRG already paid out plenty of legal fees to settle differences with some creditors -their financial condition makes the recent "news " re finishing of EA (if blm doesnt have more comments) surprising
imo need at least BLM permit- by far the most political and thus uncertain permit in the current environment- to aid fundraising
ADEQ permit- though expensive- is just best practices methodology,and considering rural environs-only 5 homes within a mile-air permit the same- then utilities- new 69kv and 12?kv elec lines -extra well, new pipeline, improving roads, refurbishing plant etc, are just money
