Agreed Arst. Millioins being wasted in Belice, where many would rather live in poverty than give Treaty a chance and giving some benefit through oil royalties, taxes, etc ...
Treaty was doomed once Oceana and Gordon Kirkwood aka Belize Oilwatch took a vendetta against Teco.
Belice will remain a Third World Country. Treaty needs to cut it's losses and the continuing out pouring of funds they do not have in that POS Country and bring it on home.
