Gotch ya.  Yes, Go Charts Marine is reported to have between $1 million and $2.5 million dollars in revenue per year.  This merger alone could make the share price soar.  However, nothing appears to be documented as a done deal.  This one is a gamble, but it could pay off big time.  I  currently do not own PVEC, but I might if or when the CEO addresses shareholders with a letter expected sometime after the 18th of this month.  You can go to the company website to sign up for the letter.
