well...ctix was a baby for a while. They now have had plenty of time to attract institutional investors, to create a board, to create the transparency necessary for uplisting...And they have not. So no, this part of the story isn't old. They have only recently reached this stage of maturity and only recently shown that they are going to continue the 2 controlling persons model of NNVC. When a fledgling biotech is in preclinicals, lack of inst investors is not a real negative. After they've been out of the lab and in human trial for a while, it becomes a concern. They are structured to exclude, not include, the investing participants that require higher level accountability. They have only recently matured enough to show this important part of the narrative.
