Ask yourself... what type of investors do promos attract?  A promo at this point might put ICPA at a disadvantage in looking, acting, and being, a real company with solid growth.  I personally don't want this company to be associated with bankrupt mining companies and bogus supplement companies.  There are plenty of them to go around.  Even the historic APS can't seem to get a promo off the ground.  People are getting wise to P&D's.
