If you're a Colorado commercial landlord, and you have empty space zoned for MMJ, the longer it's not rented, the longer you're eating the mortgage. And if this board gets 20k hits a day somedays, that's a hell of a lot more people hearing about this property than if it sits on MLS. I could be wrong... We will see. I've asked Benz to confirm your deal.
