Not exactly... if Brad IS still private, he can do what he pleases IMO.  Kiliwa still hasn't done NV filings.  And he's clearly laying low until the cases have direction.  Sure, we have a PR with the plan. but until there are NV and SEC/OTC filings, I say we may well be status quo.  JMO.
