Because ihub will say that everyone is allowed to post their own personal opinions ABOUT the company. If they start attacking other posters, they will delete those but as long as they post anything about the company - no matter whether its pure fiction like most bashers, they will leave them there. 

Most pink sheet companies by their nature don't have the kind of money to take ihub to court to get the IP addresses of bashers. In the UK on two boards where bashers were libelling the CEO and management of two particular companies, those two companies actually took a stock message board to court to get the IP addresses of the posters who were libelling the management.

If you phone the SEC and complain or tell them they should be doing something about it - they will say we recommend you don't read those boards effectively washing their hands of any responsibility for what is on those stock message boards.
