i am finding a a few of these companies that have been dormant for a while suddenly getting bids of over a billion at .0001.  im wondering what exactly is happening with them. it seems odd to me that so many are getting this treatment and it seems like some of the time its with no or little influence from managment that is obvious.  any thoughts on this anyone?
