When you look at the events in their entirety, it is a misrepresentation. The assertions that are false are those in the SAIC summary, which are now being bandied about as facts. JBI is responsible for that leak in some way, and there is no way of knowing whether or not the facts in that summary are true or not. Yet, they conveniently cannot he held accountable to attain those results.
But it is not a legal argument. You are taking the legal argument too seriously. You should go have an nbeer.
