TGGI started reporting in 3Q2013, CYBK has always reported, RIGH hasn't filed in a while.
Matt Dwyer is working on his plan, and whenever he's completed whatever he wishes to do he'll report to his shareholder base.
The way the website note was written the reports could be presented March 31 and still be timely.
