Thanks Intergracer, this whole deal is kind of baffling to me. Neither transaction, the share reduction or this forward split (both for the exact amount of shares) has ever been reported through the OTC. I was just the OTC Market website and looked at all of the splits over last month and LVGI has not been listed. A moderator over on I-Hub reported last night that it was a clerical error by Nevada SOS. Was hoping to see filing if this is an actual Forward Split. This may had an impact on trading today.
