ICBT owns 60.9% of Canwealth Minerals. Canwealth is sitting on mineral claims estimated at around 11 billion in the ground. The Quebec area, where the mineral claims are located is the new gold rush. Canada is going to be a rare earth minerals powerhouse grabbing 20% of the multi billion dollar market which China is currently controlling.

Canwealth is looking for a JV partner to extract and process.
