Yesterday we talked a little about PVEC.  After spending a little more time looking into the history of this company, I must say it is more of a gamble than an investment.  I suggest PVEC is a company that may be worth keeping on one's radar until the new management proves itself and actually accomplishes something.  The problem I see is that the company has historically been long on promises, but short on the carry through.  This may change, and it certainly could.  However, in my opinion, the stock seems better for short term flipping than actual investing.  The promised share reduction would be great, but trading patterns seem to suggest more shares are entering.
