At least....I have to believe that when the 8-K comes out and everyone is talking about it, the positivity will be very high.
The 8-K will disclose that Baltia's financial concerns for the time being have vanished, and that it can focus entirely on the certification process.
Surely, IMHO, that should give investors enough confidence to keep the pps from going below .01
