Interesting fact on a day like today with TECO having closed at .005. I bought restricted shares at .005 and someone here recently implied that those shares were purchased at a great price. They are still under the one year restriction so a very chitty deal in hindsight! 
Then I was offered a recent restricted share price of .0075 and of course I declined since all credibility with all involved had been lost.  I also heard opinions that we would only stay sub penny for a short time period and that turned out to be less than accurate. Of course the term "short period of time" is relative.
