This post was methodically thought out before posting by the originator with a very clear definition of what is happening and why. If this is " THE BOARD OF FACTS " than you really need to get your facts straight and quit attempting to scare people off from buying.
You have moderated a board, have you not ? It is your responsibilty to be non biased and weigh the facts presented to the board. Your answer was your opinion. Otherwise , back it up
And if people are truely selling, as you say, than in reality people are buying too. At great prices.
It appears this board will be short lived because you can not accept that you are wrong.
