i wanted to put out a word of caution for anyone investing in a marijuana stock. 
the sale, production, transfer, or growth of marijuana is still a federal crime. with that said, any money tied to such can be subject to seizure by the federal government. All it would take is an overzealous attorney, or a state that does not have the legalization recognizing that a trader from their state purchased shares. because the shares are traded on a national level, the interstate commerce makes it illegal.  i would be very cautious with our cash starved government, and the legal system. JMO
