my concern with the marijuana industry that is growing, is that it is still a federal crime. which gives the federal government the option to seize any and all funds that are related to the growing, production, sale, transfer, transport, or any other aspect of this industry. there are millions of dollars being made right now which are all suspect to a government that is cash starved.  all it takes is for the attorney general to place a seizure order on every marijuana stock. and because they trade on a national level, any state that does not have legalized marijuana laws can file a complaint if a trader lives in their state and invests in it. so its very risky position when looked at from a legality standpoint
