I believe voting is immaterial once the 50.1% threshold has been reached.
I will get a paper ballot hopefully tomorrow. My guess is that with the 409 electronic ballots the threshold could well be reached before the end of September.
Having said that IMO, everyone should vote in their interest not to increase A/S, until voting is officially closed.
Every share counts.
