Name change should help as both these are only self promoted in PR's still. Why do any advertising on PJ's without changing the name.
Spending money on branding when you are changing in a few weeks makes no sense. Shoukld not be that hard to do.
I think they should atleast file and prove they are sticking to their guns from the old PR's.
