Yes, it's pretty ugly, isn't it? Has been for awhile now.
FWIW, and if we get a vote, I vote we forget about any 'assets' and go for the CASH value of the shares when issued! Then, put that money in the bank and retire the shares. Why?
Well, because of how JC seems to run things and do business. The man should have been an attorney...he deals with courts often enough! "breach of contract, fraud, and negligent misrepresentation" all sounds too familiar.
