Kgem thank you for your response.  I just know they are wanting name, e-mail, phone by  Feb.  18th I believe there will be some announcement soon to warrant that info.  Some believe it could go to .0038 before long.   Because of the bashing they do not make PR 's until they have actually accomplished a project.  Will be interested in your thoughts.  Thanx
