TheATM, Good morning to you! I'm not sure how long you've been knowledgeable about Mindpix, or the Officer's of Mindpix, but MPIX is in no way going the wrong way with the share structure. I repeat, no way, no how! If you go back in time and read the fins you'll find out that the O/S was driven up to extreme levels without accomplishment to validate, or justify those lofty levels by previous management. Here is the number reported in the November 15th filing that emphatically shows the direction of the share count: ( 674,507,878 ) These shares reflect the return of common stock ( Page 3 ). Here is the link that show the numbers. I hope this clears things up. The fins will be out shortly. New talent doesn't work for free. They need to be compensated to grow the company.
