Another surprise. Medical Greens is the full entity name of the SK3 subsidiary. It's Medical Greens full stop. There is no Company (Co.) or Corporation (Corp.) or Incorporated (Inc.) designation attached. The disclosures and fins only reference "Medical Greens." "Produced under license from Medical Greens" on label is apparently complete.
The poster mentioned that the nominal licensor of Dharmanol is not Medical Greens but SK3 Group, Inc. That jibes with this statement from Q3 2013 fins:
09/30/2013 Medical Greens ™ currently provides licensing, management, and logistic services for Medical Marijuana collectives throughout California. In 2013 alone, Medical Greens ™ has already contracted with 15 collectives (more as of Feb 2014) to provide these services through marketing, management, licensing and service agreements. Products currently licensed by SK3 Group exclusively for marketing and sale include: (Dharmanol is on the list.)
