There appears to be a race condition this morning with respect to the news release.

This first email concerns the "Insider News Leak"
Here the MarketWire release shows 12:45 pm EST as the time of the news release. From my Scottrade intraday chart, the cross hair is imposed on the chart at 9:50 am PST. You would say the "race condition" was met by five minutes; news out then five minutes later the stock price reverses. However, all morning long the stock price was going down solidly, all believed to be at the hands of a professional shorting team as if prepping for the news event. This is where fellow investors have their complaint aired. "Doc" 0001 or Agent 0001 has pointed out that everytime news comes out the pps gets hammered down by the "shorters".
