No doubt a lot of the buying is occurring by the whale, but don't forget - all those other fish that were swimming around before the whale showed up are still there, so they could still be playing their games (like "painting the liine", etc.)......but the bulk of the buying is certainly being done by the whale and the rest of his pod.............

Keep in mind the whale's goal, and it is a very simple one:  to accumulate a HUGE number of very cheap shares at as low a pps as possible before the world knows about Baltia or can even guess at what he is doing.

He knows....at some point....he will probably have to pay more per share to reach his volume goals, but for now - as long as there are idiots out there - he is going to gobble up whatever he can for as cheap as he can.............

This guys goal is put as many pennies as he can into the money converting machine with the idea that these pennies will be turned into quarters before the end of this year.
