By letter dated January 16, 2014, Registrant advised the Alberta Securities Commission that it does not do business in Canada, has no offices located in Canada, has no officers, directors, consultants or employees in Canada, has not offered or sold any securities in Canada and is not a "reporting issuer" in Alberta. No response has been received from the Alberta Securities Commission.
