Right on Integracer2! They haven't been as forthcoming as they could and should be at this point.
NorthCal seems to believe they are there, so that kind of keeps me going, but still you got to wonder WTH?
Said the road was 85% back in Nov. Can't post a picture of at least work in progress? Announcing buyback and then just letting the market control things is stupid imo. They had best been in the process of buying before making that statement and likely close to completion. So what gives now? You lit a fuse and the rocket is going to launch, so get the heck out of your own way, pour on the rocket fuel and let this thing take off already!!
