Unless they have something phenomenal to say, why release a PR?  To get the price up to .04-.045?  Would you sell then?  Probably not.  This is a penny stock with wide swings due to day traders and illegal manipulation.  However, the rewards can be great should a great company breakout of the grip of this bull$hit.  I'll wait because, although I'll feel better to see .04, I'm not going to sell... and I don't day trade.

Hell, this went up to .06 without any news.
