That is your bluff though. I registered on PACER today. They have to mail the hard copy of the log in information directly to the applicant via snail mail.

Your argument is that this is a fake lawsuit and your sole piece of evidence is that PACER does not contain the case. However, when I ask you to post that screen shot you can't produce if for us because "it would not be practical."

So I guess we will just have to take your word for it. How about we make this deal, if I get evidence that this is a real case either from PACER when my user name and password comes in the mail, or let's say from Kramer LLC themselves, you admit that you lied.
