I agree.  This is significant, especially in the OTC markets.  However, the market investors  are not always ratiional.  It may take Q2 results to get those folks on the sidelines to invest.  I did feel a boost of confidence submitting my vote.  How many OTC companies will attempt a shareholder vote?  This could be very significant if things go as planned.
