Mr. Nikitas Tsoukalas is the president & CEO of UMINING RESOURCES INC.

My name is Hariklia Tsoukalas, Vice president and Secretary of UMINING RESOURCES INC.. 


 We have taken over the company UMING RESOURCES INC. and we will be changing the business structures both legal and financial.


There have been unexpected delays but we can say that one of our business ventures will come under the umbrella of UMNG Resources Inc. which will be a multimedia company.


We will be updating otc markets and giving out relevant information in the coming weeks.


 

We don’t have any relation investor person at the moment and that is why to be on the safe side, that is why I am answering the phone and emails for now. I am not giving out too much information at the moment because I need to pass this info through our lawyers and I have to respect all the rules for insider information.     


I cannot really talk about the stock at this present moment. We need to finish what we set out to do.
