BL: You're right. Executives prefer brief communications. I like your email to Benz. It's a good idea. I did a bit of cosmetic surgery to tighten it up. Just a suggestion, mind you.

I've been invested since March in SKTO and, more recently, in AEGY. I've a pretty good idea of the nature and scope of the operation your team is working to put together. It's great, but the team is slacking hard on some key issues, frankly.
1. Given your important positions in the two firms and professional credibility at stake, I don't understand why the launches of Pharmajanes and JanesCard were PR'd prematurely, before either site was truly operational. This is especially true of JanesCard, which advises to "check back next week."
2. It goes without saying AEGY needs a new name. A name change for SKTO was announced June 2013. Why the delay?
3. Dharmanol hasn't yet reached the collectives. That task is also overdue, and completion will benefit the company and shareholders immensely.
I hope you accept this letter as from a shareholder who wants these two firms to succeed. However, every day lost is another day gifted to the competition.
