Kind of sad when the the first two items reported in the newsletter have nothing to do with oil discovery, exploration, production  - Treaty is an oil company correct?  The third and only update which had to do with oil was a "yawn" at best in my opinion (i actually yawned when I read it).

I feel for those shareholders that have been in this thing as long as I have and are still dealing with the lengthy delays that are still rather abundant here - unbelievable to me.  JMHO
