$ASKH started trading on the OTCBB this past Friday. Its a new issue. Never traded before. Straight S-1 to the OTCBB. The information / S-1 should be on SEC.GOV
The company is both OTCQB and OTCBB. In 6 months they plan to submit for a move to the mini Nasdaq which has a $1.25 minimum PPS. I will update the Ibox now with the information I was provided.
