HUGE Material PR Coming for $WAFR folks! This company is the real deal.
I hear we are getting the news tomorrow of their merging closing amongst other items.
Confirmed Float of 14M shares. Confirmed OS of 29M shares
Net Assets of the company are $10M post merger... Liquidation PPS would be 20 cents PPS.
Stock is trading at 3 cents well before the liquidation value of the company. Revenues
projected revenues to be $5M-$9M for 2012. Filing audited fins with SEC for uplist to OTCQB within 30-45 days !
