I'm going to show you what it is and I'm not going to stick my nose in anyone else's business. All I see is someone trying to pick up shares. I will remind everyone here that bell painting is a form of stock manipulation and is against the law just as NSS is.
With me I have never enjoyed having to cheat against someone. I would much rather beat you fair and square. For some who have no clue the level 2 you are looking at has been painted by someone near the bell buy buying 3 shares. Shorty could have given them those three shares for $12.00 and the paint job would have been messed up. The real truth is shorty is so cheap and greedy he would not give up those three dollars. It is in the end the fact that will bring him down. They can use every low class and no class trick in the book but this one is like Kevin Costner. and shorty has " NO WAY OUT "
