A thought occurs to me....if this whale wants to keep things quiet for as long as possible, then PRing his influx of capital might not make it to the media.
This guy appears to me to be sharp enough to work out the details where such an announcement won't be necessary.......and from what I gather, he doesn't want any news out until it absolutely has to happen.
My guess is he wants to sipher those shares off as low as possible for as long as possible..................
