Maybe, but then they should put our a PR that simulator training has started.  Something that shows progress.  Not use these back alley blog articles used by pump and dumpers.  If this is Baltia, then its a real odd way to go about it.  It would make me think they don't have the financial backing if they need to inflate the PPS now, rather than by merit.  BUT, I don't think this is being done by Baltia.
