I was able to obtain DD from the IR guy in New Zealand and will fill the Ibox with the DD this morning. Bottom line they are in the dredging business in China and have $90M of acquisitions of their private entities to roll in over the next 6-12 months ! Very exciting to say the least! It's a true IPO. No shell was used. Just straight IPO via S-1 filing ! Float is 3m total shares. Nasdaq uplist in less than 6 months !
