The objective is to discourage buying first of all, and of course to manage the stock down. This is a preventative measure to mitigate the impending rally from the Belize wells and the 10 Q. There was a large 300k+ bid on 3.5 cents which they wanted to remove so they could begin walking the price down. It's time to pop shot the ask.
