This newbie is more familiar with the stock and those who work for the company than most people here (except for perhaps papa nasty and LT, and a couple others). However, being cautious is always healthy to ensure one does not get tricked into spending his/her hard-earned money.

But in this case, I will say that the stock WILL move when the DOT says Baltia can sell tickets and advertise. But if everyone agreed with me every time, the world might be a very cruel place.
