$BCAP Form 10 and audited financials submission to SEC.GOV is the next update we get from Matt IMO. BCAP IPO CYBK will be filing its Form 10 and audited financials most likely before end of February so I am guessing that we will see the BCAP submission shortly afterward. That could be what Matt is waiting for. I honestly believe BCAP financials are already done and just waiting on CYBK and TGGI to file their annual reports first. We shall soon see and yes it is a very exciting time to be a BCAP shareholder !
