In case it helps Mr. Resnick's reply to me of 10-27-13 is pasted below. I have posted it before.
"You will continue to own the same number of CWRN Shares as before.
For each 1000 Shares of CWRN that you own, you will receive ONE SHARE in Kiliwa Mining Group."
